Service Description

1. Program Description

By opting in to Advanced Graphix’s SMS and communication program, you agree to receive text messages, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Signs
  • Custom Banners
  • Vehicle Wraps
  • Corporate Branding

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Advanced Graphix. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by campaign. You may receive approximately 2-4 messages per month, but frequency may vary.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Please consult your carrier for details on your specific plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Texting STOP to [your SMS shortcode/number]
  • Contacting our support team (see Section 6)

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive account-related or transactional messages as necessary.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Advanced Graphix is not responsible for issues arising from your mobile carrier’s service, including but not limited to network outages, coverage limitations, or carrier-related delays.

8. Supported Carriers

This service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.

9. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your mobile phone number and related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 11. Changes to Terms

Advanced Graphix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
